1. Start With a Free Estimate

Every booking begins with an estimate so we can understand your needs and provide accurate pricing.

You can request an estimate by:

You’ll be asked for a few basics:

  • Property type & square footage
  • Number of bedrooms & bathrooms
  • Condition of the home or office
  • Preferred service level (Basic, Standard, Deep, Move-In/Out, etc.)
  • Special requests or add-ons (if any)

Once submitted, our team reviews your details and sends a customized quote.

2. Review & Approve Your Quote

We will email your estimate with:

  • Pricing
  • Service level details
  • What’s included in each cleaning
  • Optional add-ons
  • Scheduling availability

Review the quote carefully and let us know:

  • If you have questions
  • If you want to upgrade or adjust service
  • Or if you’re ready to approve and move forward

Approval can be done by replying to the email or confirming through your estimate link.

3. Choose Your Service Schedule

Once your estimate is approved, we’ll confirm:

  • Your preferred date
  • Arrival window
  • Recurring frequency (if applicable):
    • Weekly
    • Bi-weekly
    • Every 4 weeks
    • Or one-time service

We will send you an appointment confirmation by text and email.

4. Provide Access Information

To ensure a smooth visit, tell us how our cleaning team will enter your home or business.

Accepted access methods:

  • Door or garage code
  • Lockbox key
  • Hidden key
  • In-person entry

For recurring clients, we safely store access instructions in your secure service profile.

5. Prepare Your Space (Simple & Easy)

To help our team deliver the best results:

  • Remove clutter from floors and surfaces
  • Secure pets in a safe space
  • Ensure water + electricity are available
  • Set out any special products you want us to use

No other preparation is required — we bring everything else!

6. Receive Text & Email Reminders

You’ll get:

  • A confirmation when your appointment is scheduled
  • A reminder 24 hours before service
  • A “We’re on the way!” message on the day of your appointment

You may opt out or update your reminder preferences at any time.

7. Enjoy a Fresh, Clean Space

Our team arrives fully equipped and ready to work.

After the cleaning:

  • You’ll receive a completion message
  • You may be asked to share feedback to help us maintain high service standards
  • For recurring clients, we’ll automatically secure your next appointment
